NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated July 29, 2019, and entered in Case No. 18-CA-009912, of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for HILLSBOROUGH County, Florida. THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON, F/K/A THE BANK OF NEW YORK AS TRUSTEE FOR THE CERTIFICATEHOLDERS OF THE CWABS, INC., ASSET-BACKED CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2005-13, is Plaintiff and MAX KAPLAN; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF MAX KAPLAN, N/K/A ROBERTA KAPLAN; BUCKHORN PRESERVE HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC.; SRF ENTERPRISES, INC. D/B/A SERVPRO OF SOUTH TAMPA; ANITA I . JORDAN-LAPUMA A/K/A ANITA JORDAN A/K/A ANITA PIERCE A/K/A ANITA JORDAN LAPUMA; STATE OF FLORIDA DEPARTMENT OF REVENUE; CLERK OF THE CIRCUIT COURT, HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA; UNKNOWN TENANT IN POSSESSION OF SUBJECT PROPERTY, are defendants. Pat Frank, Clerk of Circuit Court for HILLSBOROUGH, County Florida will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via the Internet at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 a.m., on the 27TH day of NOVEMBER, 2019, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 18, BLOCK 3, BUCKHORN PRESERVE PHASE ONE, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 91, PAGE 44, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim before the clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed.
