NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of foreclosure dated October 22, 2019, and entered in Case No. 18-CA-005761 of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, Florida, wherein JPMORGAN CHASE BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, is Plaintiff, and THE UNKNOWN HEIRS OR BENEFICIARIES OF THE ESTATE OF CAROL BOBELICK N/K/A CAROL A. ANGELINI, DECEASED, et al are Defendants, the clerk, Pat Frank, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, beginning at 10:00AM www. hillsborough.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on the 05 day of December, 2019, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 14, BLOCK 10, TOWN 'N COUNTRY PARK, UNIT NO. 3, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 35, PAGE 81, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Property situated in the State of Florida, City/town of Tampa and in the county of Hillsborough.
If you are a person claiming a right to funds remaining after the sale, you must file a claim with the clerk no later than the date that the clerk reports the funds as unclaimed. If you fail to file a claim, you will not be entitled to any remaining funds. After the funds are reported as unclaimed, only the owner of record as of the date of the lis pendens may claim the surplus.
