The administration of the guardianship of JUANITA REYNA (Ward), is pending discharge with the Circuit Court for Pinellas County, Florida, Probate Division, the address of which is 315 Court Street, Clearwater, Florida 33756. The names and addresses of the Plenary Guardian and the Plenary Guardian's attorney are set forth below.
A Petition for Discharge and Petition to Change Venue were previously filed with the Court on October 10, 2019, upon the grounds of a change of domicile of the Ward. The jurisdiction of the Ward will be transferred to the foreign jurisdiction.
The Ward has relocated to St Clair County, Michigan, where a guardianship case has been established for the Ward. CINDY HOPP was appointed as the foreign guardian for the Ward and her attorney is JOHN ADAIR, ESQ., 627 Fort Street, Port Huron, Michigan 48060.
Any objections to the Petition for Discharge shall be filed within the later of 30 days from the date of service of the petition for discharge or the date of the first publication of the notice and within 90 days after filing of the objection, a notice of hearing thereon shall be served or the objection is abandoned.
Any objection shall be in writing and shall state with particularity each item to which the objection is directed and the grounds on which the objection is based.
