NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated August 2, 2019, and entered in Case No. 16-005730-CI of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida in which HSBC Bank USA, National Association as Trustee for Structured Adjustable Rate Mortgage Loan Trust, Mortgage Pass-Through Certificates, Series 2005-21, is the Plaintiff and Avi Portnoy, Trustee of the 11400 74th Ave N Land Trust, Iberiabank, Michael D. Havens, Michael Shimshoni a/k/a Michael M. Shimshoni, Platte River Insurance Company, a subrogee of Georgia Power Company, Stephanie Shimshoni a/k/a Stephanie C. Shimshoni, The Unknown Beneficiaries of the 11400 74th Ave N Land Trust, Tierra Verde Community Association, Inc., Any And All Unknown Parties Claiming by, Through, Under, And Against The Herein named Individual Defendant(s) Who are not Known To Be Dead Or Alive, Whether Said Unknown Parties May Claim An Interest in Spouses, Heirs, Devisees, Grantees, Or Other Claimants, are defendants, the Pinellas County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on online at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, Pinellas County, Florida at 10:00 am on the November 27, 2019 the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
