NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated August 2, 2019, and entered in Case No. 16-005730-CI of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida in which HSBC Bank USA, National Association as Trustee for Structured Adjustable Rate Mortgage Loan Trust, Mortgage Pass-Through Certificates, Series 2005-21, is the Plaintiff and Avi Portnoy, Trustee of the 11400 74th Ave N Land Trust, Iberiabank, Michael D. Havens, Michael Shimshoni a/k/a Michael M. Shimshoni, Platte River Insurance Company, a subrogee of Georgia Power Company, Stephanie Shimshoni a/k/a Stephanie C.
