NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated October 7, 2019, entered in Case No. 522019CA002006XXCICI of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit, in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein Deutsche Bank National Trust Company, as Trustee for Morgan Stanley Dean Witter Capital I Inc. Trust 2002-NC4 Mortgage Pass-Through Certificates, Series 2002-NC4 is the Plaintiff and The Unknown Heirs, Devisees, Grantees, Assignees, Lienors, Creditors, Trustees, and all other parties claiming interest by, through, under or against the Estate of Jean E. Dawson, Deceased; Angela McKeown a/k/a Angela M. McKeown; Unknown Spouse of Angela McKeown a/k/a Angela M. McKeown; Debra Abbott a/k/a Debra L. Abbott; Unknown Spouse of Debra Abbott a/k/a Debra L. Abbott; William R. Dawson a/k/a Bill Dawson; Credit Acceptance Corporation; Grow Financial Federal Credit Union; City of Pinellas Park, Florida are the Defendants, that Ken Burke, Pinellas County Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, beginning at 10:00 AM on the 20th day of November, 2019, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:

Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim before the clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed.
