NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated October 16, 2019, entered in Case No. 18-007056-CI of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit, in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein PHH Mortgage Corporation is the Plaintiff and The Unknown Spouse, Heirs, Devisees, Grantees, Assignees, Lienors, Creditors, Trustees, and all other parties claiming an interest by, through, under or against the Estate of Dennis M. Callahan a/k/a Dennis Michael Callahan, Deceased; Andrew M. Callahan; Seth D. Callahan; Clerk of Court, Pinellas County, Florida; Brigadoon of Clearwater Homeowner's Association, Inc.; Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc., as Nominee for GMAC Mortgage Corporation DBA Ditech.com are the Defendants, that Ken Burke, Pinellas County Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, beginning at 10:00 AM on the 20th day of November, 2019, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 3, BLOCK 32, BRIGADOON OF CLEARWATER, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 91, PAGES 35 THROUGH 37, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim before the clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed.
