Vogel are defendant(s), I, Clerk of Court, Ken Burke, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 A.M. on November 19, 2019, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
LOT 17, TOGETHER WITH LOT 16, LESS THE WEST 33.34 FEET, BLOCK 72, PLAN OF NORTH ST. PETERSBURG, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 4, PAGE 64, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM NO LATER THAN THE DATE THAT THE CLERK REPORTS THE FUNDS AS UNCLAIMED.
