NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
Notice is hereby given that on November 12th, 2019, beginning at 9:30 A.M., a public hearing will be held by the Board of County Commissioners in the County Commission Assembly Room, Fifth Floor, Pinellas County Courthouse, 315 Court Street, Clearwater, Florida, 33756, to consider the petition of Kevin D. Valliere and Suzanne N. Valliere, to vacate, abandon and/or close the following:

A portion of a 7.5-foot Sewer Easement, as recorded in
Official Records Book 6329, Page 1769, and a portion of a
10-foot platted Drainage Easement, lying in Lot 5 (533 Island Court),
Windward Trace Subdivision, Plat Book 135, Page 23,
lying in Section 2, Township 28, Range 15, Pinellas County, Florida.

Persons are advised that, if they decide to appeal any decision made at this meeting/hearing, they will need to ensure that a verbatim record of the proceedings is made, which record includes the testimony and evidence upon which the appeal is to be based.
