NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure as to Count I entered in the above styled Case Number 19-007031-CO, in the County Court of Pinellas Florida, that the Clerk of Court for Pinellas County will sell the following real property in Pinellas County, Florida, described as:
Unit 5116D, Building 5, of Waterside at Coquina Key South, Phase I, a Condominium according to the Declaration of Condominium recorded in Official Records Book 14741, Page(s) 2148, and all subsequent amendments thereto, together with its undivided share in the common elements, in the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida.

at public sale, to the highest and best bidder for cash via the Internet at: www.pinellas.realforeclose.com at 10:00 A.M. on NOVEMBER 26, 2019. The highest bidder shall immediately post with the Clerk, a deposit equal to 5% of the final bid. The deposit must be cash or cashier's check payable to the Clerk of Court. Final payment must be made on or before 4:00 p.m. on the day of the sale by cash or cashier's check.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
