RANDAZZO; UNITED STATES OF AMERICA, ACTING ON BEHALF OF THE SECRETARY OF HOUSING AND URBAN DEVELOPMENT; AMBASSADOR HOUSE CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC. are the Defendant(s). Tiffany Moore Russell as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www. myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 AM, on December 03, 2019, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
CONDOMINIUM BUILDING C, UNIT NO. 52, OF AMBASSADOR HOUSE CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM FOR AMBASSADOR HOUSE CONDOMINIUM, AND EXHIBITS ANNEXED THERETO, FILED NOVEMBER 10, 1980, IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 3151, PAGE 1598, PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA; TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS AND LIMTIED COMMON ELEMENTS DECLARED IN SAID DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM TO BE AN APPURTENANCE TO THE ABOVE CONDOMINIUM UNIT.
