NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to the Consent Uniform Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure as to Daniel Thompson (“Final Judgment”) entered on October 29, 2019 in Case No. 2017CA003466AX of the Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit in and for Manatee County, Florida, wherein NEWREZ LLC F/K/A NEW PENN FINANCIAL, LLC D/B/A SHELLPOINT MORTGAGE SERVICING is the Plaintiff, and DANIEL THOMPSON is the Defendant. The Clerk of this Court will sell to the highest bidder for cash on December 4, 2019 at 11:00 A.M. or soon thereafter as the sale may proceed, to the highest bidder for cash, at www.manatee.realforeclose.com, the following described real property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
THE NORTH 1/2 OF LOT 3 ALL OF LOT 4 AND THE SOUTH 1/2 OF LOT 5, THE RESUBDIVISION OF A PART OF LOTS 16 TO 23, INCLUSIVE IN BLOCK E OF HILL PARK SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 6, PAGE 34, PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.

Any person or entity claiming an interest in the surplus, if any, resulting from the foreclosure sale, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens, must file a claim on the same with the Clerk of Court within 60 days after the foreclosure sale.
