ASSET-BACKED CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-24, Plaintiff and PATRICIA GERHARDT; LORI A. NADEMUS; KEITH M. NADEMUS; MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INCORPORATED, AS NOMINEE FOR COUNTRYWIDE FINANCIAL CORPORATION; LAKEWOOD RANCH TOWN CENTER OWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC.; UNITED STATES OF AMERICA, are defendants, Clerk of Court, will sell the property at public sale at www.manatee.realforeclose.com beginning at 11:00 AM on December 4, 2019 the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:.
