Notice is hereby given that pursuant to the Order granting Plaintiff's Emergency Motion to Cancel and Reschedule Foreclosure Sale Scheduled for October 16, 2019 entered on October 16, 2019, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.manatee.realforeclose.com at 11:00 a.m. on January 29, 2020 the following described property:
North ½ of Lot 7, and all of Lots 8 and 9, Block 52, ILEXHURST SUBDIVISION, as per plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 1, Page 154, of the Public Records of Manatee County, Florida. Together with ½ of vacated alley lying between the North ½ of Lot 7 and 14, Lots 8 and 13, and Lot 9 and 12, Block 52, Ilexhurst Subdivision. Vacated in O.R. Book 965, Page 1472, of the Public Records of Manatee County, Florida.
