NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Resetting Foreclosure Sale dated the 21st day of October, 2019, and entered in Case No. 2019CA-000099-0000-00, of the Circuit Court of the 10TH Judicial Circuit in and for POLK County, Florida, wherein FREEDOM MORTGAGE CORPORATION is the Plaintiff and ELIASAR RAMIREZ; CITY OF AUDURNDALE, FLORIDA; CLERK OF CIRCUIT COURT POLK COUNTY, FLORIDA; BLANCA M. GONZALEZ; and UNKNOWN TENANT (S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. STACY M. BUTTERFIELD, CPA as the Clerk of the Circuit Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.polk. realforeclose.com at, 10:00 AM on the 5th day of December, 2019, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
BEGIN 325 FEET EAST AND 160 FEET SOUTH OF THE NW CORNER OF THE N 1/2 OF THE NW 1/4 OF THE NE 1/4 OF SECTION 2, TOWNSHIP 28 SOUTH, RANGE 25 EAST, AND RUN THENCE EAST 125 FEET, THENCE SOUTH 100 FEET, THENCE WEST 125 FEET, THENCE NORTH 100 FEET TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING.
TOGETHER WITH THE PERPETUAL NON-EXCLUSIVE EASEMENT FOR THE PURPOSE OF INGRESS AND EGRESS OVER AND UPON: BEGIN 450 FEET EAST OF THE NW CORNER OF THE N 1/2 OF THE NW 1/4 OF THE NE 1/4 OF SECTION 2, TOWNSHIP 28 SOUTH, RANGE 25 EAST, RUN THENCE SOUTH 260 FEET, THENCE EAST 50 FEET, THENCE NORTH 260 FEET, THENCE WEST 50 FEET TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING; LYING AND BEING IN POLK COUNTY, FLORIDA

AFTER THE FUNDS ARE REPORTED AS UNCLAIMED, ONLY THE OWNER OF RECORD AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MAY CLAIM THE SURPLUS.
