NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of foreclosure dated October 24, 2019, and entered in Case No. 2019CA002347000000 of the Circuit Court of the TENTH Judicial Circuit in and for POLK COUNTY, Florida, wherein DITECH FINANCIAL LLC, is Plaintiff, and DARREL R. KISER, JR A/K/A DARREL R. KISER, et al are Defendants, the clerk, Stacey M. Butterfield, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, beginning at 10:00 AM www.polk.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on the 27 day of November, 2019, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
Lot 108, ROYAL RIDGE PHASE ONE ADDITION, as per plat thereof, recorded in Plat Book 105, Page(s) 9 and 10, of the Public Records of Polk County, Florida
If you are a person claiming a right to funds remaining after the sale, you must file a claim with the clerk no later than the date that the clerk reports the funds as unclaimed. If you fail to file a claim, you will not be entitled to any remaining funds. After the funds are reported as unclaimed, only the owner of record as of the date of the lis pendens may claim the surplus.
