Notice is given that pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated October 16, 2019, in Case No. 2019-CA-000454-CAAXES of the Circuit Court in and for Pasco County, Florida, in which EPPERSON SOUTH HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC., is the Plaintiff and SARA KARINA WATLINGTON and SEAN EDWARD WATLINGTON are the Defendants. The Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash online at www.pasco.realforeclose.com at 11:00 a.m., on November 26, 2019, the following described property set forth in the Order of Final Judgment:
Lot 11, Block 12, EPPERSON RANCH SOUTH PHASE 1, according to the plat as recorded in Plat Book 73, Pages 122, of the Public Records of Pasco County, Florida.
Any Person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
