NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated June 19, 2019, and entered in Case No. 2018CA002061CAAXWS of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pasco County, Florida in which AREVA FINANCIAL LLC, is the Plaintiff and SHAWN JOHNSON AS PERSONAL REPRESENTATIVE OF THE ESTATE OF NANCY L. BOEREN; LEFTERI KONSTAS; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF LEFTERI KONSTAS; ELPIDA STAVROS RAKKOU; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF ELPIDA STAVROS RAKKOU; UNKNOWN TENANT #1; UNKNOWN TENANT #2; are defendants, Paula S. O'Neil, Ph.D., Clerk of the Court, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on www.pasco.realforeclose.com in accordance with chapter 45 Florida Statutes, Pasco County, Florida at 11:00 am on the 26th day of November, 2019, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:

LESS AND EXCEPT: THAT PART OF: LOT 9, BLOCK 2, MINNEHAHA TERRACE SUBDIVISION IN SECTION 34, TOWNSHIP 26 SOUTH, RANGE 15 EAST AS PER PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 2 PAGE 74A, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA.
LYING WITHIN 25 FEET OF THE SURVEY LINE OF THE EGLIN TRACKING RANGE ROAD, SECTION 14501, SAID SURVEY LINE BEING DESCRIBED AS FOLLOWS:
BEGIN ON THE SOUTH BOUNDARY OF SECTION 34, TOWNSHIP 26 SOUTH, RANGE 15 EAST, AT A POINT 930.12 FEET WEST OF THE SE CORNER THEREOF; RUN THENCE NORTH 45 DEGREES 22'58” WEST 244.02 FEET; THENCE NORTH 43 DEGREES 45'28” WEST 244.88
FEET TO THE BEGINNING OF A CURVE CONCAVE TO THE EASTERLY HAVING A RADIUS OF 190.99 FEET; THENCE NORTHERLY ALONG SAID CURVE 145.67 FEET THROUGH A CENTRAL ANGLE OF 43 DEGREES 42 ' TO THE END OF SAID CURVE; THENCE NORTH 0 DEGREES 03' 28” WEST 2217.13 FEET TO THE NW CORNER OF THE NE 1/4 OF THE SE 1/4 OF SECTION 34.
