RE-NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Granting Plaintiff's Motion to Vacate and Reschedule Foreclosure Sale Held on July 1, 2019 and Motion to Direct Clerk to Disburse Remaining Deposit granted on October 16, 2019 and entered in Case No. 2018CA001097CAAXWS of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for PASCO COUNTY, Florida, wherein WELLS FARGO BANK, N.A., is Plaintiff, and VINH BA NGUYEN, et al are Defendants, the clerk, Nikki Alvarez-Sowles, Esq., will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, beginning at 11:00 AM www.pasco.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on the 03 day of December, 2019, the following described property as set forth in said Lis Pendens, to wit:
Lot 903, ALOHA GARDENS UNIT NINE, according to the plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 11, Pages 34 through 36, Public Records of Pasco County, Florida.
If you are a person claiming a right to funds remaining after the sale, you must file a claim with the clerk no later than the date that the clerk reports the funds as unclaimed. If you fail to file a claim, you will not be entitled to any remaining funds. After the funds are reported as unclaimed, only the owner of record as of the date of the lis pendens may claim the surplus.
