Notice is hereby given that pursuant to the Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered in this cause, in the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pasco County, Florida, wherein THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON FKA THE BANK OF NEW YORK, AS TRUSTEE FOR THE CERTIFICATEHOLDERS CWALT, INC. ALTERNATIVE LOAN TRUST 2005-J12 MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2005-J12, a foreign corporation Plaintiff, and THOMAS E. BLAIR, an individual; JANET M. YARMOLA, an individual; MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INC., a foreign corporation; PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA, a political subdivision of the State of Florida; JOHN DOE and JANE DOE, as Unknown Tenants; and any unknown heirs, devisees, grantees, creditors, and other unknown persons, unknown entities, unknown parties or unknown spouses claiming by, through or under any of the above-named Defendants are Defendants, the Clerk of Court will sell to the highest bidder for cash at www.pasco.realforeclose.com at 11:00 a.m. on the 10th day of December, 2019, the following described property as set forth in the Summary Final Judgment, to wit:
