NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated August 01, 2019, and entered in 2019CA000732CAAXES of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for Pasco County, Florida, wherein WILMINGTON SAVINGS FUND SOCIETY, FSB, D/B/A CHRISTIANA TRUST, NOT INDIVIDUALLY BUT AS TRUSTEE FOR PRETIUM MORTGAGE ACQUISITION TRUST is the Plaintiff and ROBERT F. BENSON; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF ROBERT F. BENSON N/K/A LISA BENSON; NS163, LLC; SANTA FE AT WESTBROOKE HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC. are the Defendant(s). Nikki Alvarez-Sowles, Esq. as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.pasco.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 AM, on December 09, 2019, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
