YOU ARE NOTIFIED that an action to quiet title to the following property in Sarasota County, Florida:
Condominium Unit 205, HARBOUR HOUSE OF VENICE, A CONDOMINIUM, together with an undivided interest in the common elements, according to the Declaration of Condominium thereof, recorded in Official Records Book 719, Page 208, as amended from time to time, and as per Plat thereof recorded in Condominium Book 2, Pages 33 to 33C, as amended from time to time, of the Public Records of Sarasota County, Florida.
has been filed against you and you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, to it on Roger H. Miller III, Esquire, Farr, Farr, Emerich, Hackett, Carr & Holmes, P.A., the Plaintiff's attorney, whose address is 99 Nesbit Street, Punta Gorda, Florida 33950, on or before December 9, 2019, and file the original with the Clerk of this Court either before service on the Plaintiff's attorney or immediately thereafter; otherwise a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the complaint.
