Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to a Consent Judgment for Plaintiff, entered in the above-styled cause on September 9, 2019, in the Circuit Court of Sarasota County, Florida, Karen E. Rushing, the Clerk of Sarasota County, will sell the property situated in Sarasota County, Florida, described as:
Description of Mortgaged Property
Lot 5 and the West 25 feet of Lot 4, TARPON POINT, UNIT #1, a subdivision according to the plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 10, Page 55, of the Public Records of Sarasota County, Florida.
The street address of which is 9039 E. River Road, Venice, Florida 34293.
at a Public Sale, the Clerk shall sell the property to the highest bidder, for cash, except as set forth hereinafter, on December 9, 2019, at 9:00 a.m. at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Chapter 45 and Chapter 702, Florida Statutes.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner, as of the date of the Lis Pendens, must file a claim before the clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed.
