NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to order rescheduling foreclosure sale 10-28-19, entered in Civil Case No. 2019-CA-000222 of the Circuit Court of the 20th Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein JPMorgan Chase Bank, National Association, Plaintiff and Mary Brownson Tobin are defendant(s), I, Clerk of Court, Linda Doggett, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash BEGINNING 9:00 A.M. AT WWW.LEE. REALFORECLOSE.COM IN ACCORDANCE WITH CHAPTER 45 FLORIDA STATUTES on December 2, 2019, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
APARTMENT NUMBER 60, OF MYERLEE GARDENS CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION THEREOF DATED SEPTEMBER 19, 1981 AND RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORD BOOK 1583, PAGES 620 THROUGH 660, INCLUSIVE, AND ALL AMENDMENTS THERETO RECORDED IN THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM NO LATER THAN THE DATE THAT THE CLERK REPORTS THE FUNDS AS UNCLAIMED.
