YOU ARE NOTIFIED that an action to foreclose a mortgage on the following property in Hillsborough County, Florida, to-wit:
LOTS 1 AND 2 OF BLOCK 10 OF FAIRMONT PARK, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 21, AT PAGE 40, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
