RE-NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Granting Plaintiff's Motion to Reschedule Foreclosure Sale entered on October 21, 2019 and entered in Case No. 16-CA-005017 of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, Florida, wherein U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS INDENTURE TRUSTEE FOR HOMEBANC MORTGAGE TRUST 2005-5, MORTGAGE BACKED NOTES, SERIES 2005-5, is Plaintiff, and IAN PORTER, et al are Defendants, the clerk, Pat Frank, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, beginning at 10:00 AM www. hillsborough.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on the 06 day of December, 2019, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
Lot 2, Block 3, WILLIAMS CROSSING, according to the map or plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 99, Pages 120 THROUGH 125, of the Public Records of Hillsborough County, Florida
If you are a person claiming a right to funds remaining after the sale, you must file a claim with the clerk no later than the date that the clerk reports the funds as unclaimed. If you fail to file a claim, you will not be entitled to any remaining funds. After the funds are reported as unclaimed, only the owner of record as of the date of the lis pendens may claim the surplus.
