NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated October 24, 2019 and entered in Case No.: 19-3279-CI of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida wherein CITY OF LARGO, is the Plaintiff and VIVIANE PATTERSON, NIKN, INC., CAVALRY PORTFOLIO SERVICES, LLC AS ASSIGNEE OF CAVALRY SPV I, LLC AS ASSIGNEEE OF BANK OF AMERICA/FIA CARD SERVICES, U.S. BANK, N.A., are the Defendants. Ken Burke will sell to the highest bidder for cash at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com at 10:00 a.m. on December 11, 2019 the following described properties set forth in said Final Judgment to wit:
LOT 307, KEENE PARK UNIT 8, a subdivision according to the Plat thereof, recorded in Plat Book 63, Page 92, Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida
Property No. 36-29-15-45525-000-3070
Commonly referred to as 525 East Park Drive, Largo, Florida 33771
Any person or entity claiming an interest in the surplus, if any, resulting from the Foreclosure Sale, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens, must file a claim on the same with the Clerk of Court within sixty (60) days after the Foreclosure Sale.
