NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of foreclosure dated August 08, 2019, and entered in Case No. 18-000664-CI of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for PINELLAS COUNTY, Florida, wherein CITIBANK N.A., is Plaintiff, and BONNIE S.WRIGHT, AS TRUSTEE OF THE BONNIE S.WRIGHT LIVING TRUST, U/A DATED JULY 24, 2015, et al are Defendants, the clerk, Ken Burke, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, beginning at 10:00 AM www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on the 11 day of December, 2019, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
SITUATED IN THE COUNTY OF PINELLAS AND STATE OF FLORIDA: THAT CERTAIN CONDOMINIUM PARCEL COMPOSED OF UNIT NUMBER P-2, AND AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST OR SHARE IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO, SUBJECT TO EASEMENTS AND RESTRICTIONS OF RECORD, AND IN ACCORDANCE WITH AND SUBJECT TO, THE COVENANTS, CONDITIONS, RESTRICTIONS, EASEMENTS, TERMS AND OTHER PROVISIONS OF THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM OF ST. ANDREWS COVE I, CONDOMINIUM, AS RECORDED IN O.R. BOOK 4493, AT PAGES 1882 THROUGH 1940, AND THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM BOOK 23, AT PAGES 83 THROUGH 92, BOTH OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.

If you fail to file a claim, you will not be entitled to any remaining funds. After the funds are reported as unclaimed, only the owner of record as of the date of the lis pendens may claim the surplus.
