Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure for Plaintiff entered in this cause on October 24, 2019, in the Circuit Court of Pinellas County, Florida, Ken Burke, Clerk of the Circuit Court, will sell the property situated in Pinellas County, Florida described as:
UNNUMBERED LOT IN BLOCK “B” OF WASHINGTON HEIGHTS, WHICH WOULD BE LOT 9 AND AN UNNUMBERED LOT IN BLOCK “B”, OF WASHINGTON HEIGHTS, WHICH WOULD BE LOT 10, IF NUMBERING SCHEME IN BALANCE OF BLOCK WERE CARRIED OUT, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 3, PAGE 36, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
and commonly known as: 1525 29TH AVE N, ST PETERSBURG, FL 33704; including the building, appurtenances, and fixtures located therein, at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, at the Pinellas County auction website at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, on DECEMBER 10, 2019 at 10:00 A.M..
Any persons claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim before the clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed.
