NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated July 24, 2019, entered in Case No. 17-005234-CI of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit, in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein WELLS FARGO BANK, N.A., as Trustee for the POOLING AND SERVICING AGREEMENT Dated as of October 1, 2004 MERRILL LYNCH MORTGAGE INVESTORS TRUST MORTGAGE LOAN ASSET-BACKED CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2004-WMC5 is the Plaintiff and Brad A. Graham; Christina J. Graham; Castle Residential Construction, Inc.; Lansbrook Master Association, Inc.; President's Landing Homeowner's Association, Inc. are the Defendants, that Ken Burke, Pinellas County Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, beginning at 10:00 AM on the 26th day of November, 2019, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 66 OF PRESIDENTS LANDING PHASE 3, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 110. PAGES 31 TO 34, INCLUSIVE, IN THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim before the clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed.
