NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to order rescheduling foreclosure sale or Final Judgment, entered in Civil Case No. 2015-CA-000901 of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein Nationstar Mortgage LLC, Plaintiff and JANELL A. HAND A/K/A JANELL HAND, INDIVIDUALLY are defendant(s), I, Clerk of Court, Ken Burke, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 A.M. on December 3, 2019, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
CONDOMINIUM PARCEL: APARTMENT NO. 1906, BUILDING NO. 2, OF REDINGTON TOWERS CONDOMINIUM APARTMENTS, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 20, PAGE(S) 47-50, AND BEING FURTHER DESCRIBED IN THAT CERTAIN DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN O.R. BOOK 4239, PAGE 276 ET SEQ., TOGETHER WITH SUCH ADDITIONS AND AMENDMENTS TO SAID DECLARATION AND CONDOMINIUM PLAT AS FROM TIME TO TIME MAY BE MADE AND TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST OR SHARE IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO. ALL AS RECORDED IN THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
PARCEL NO. 2: AN UNDIVIDED 1/426TH INTEREST IN AND TO THE FOLLOWING DESCRIBED PROPERTY: (A) THAT UNIT OF REDINGTON TOWERS CONDOMINIUM APARTMENTS, BUILDING #2, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF RECORDED IN O.R. BOOK 4239, PAGE 276 THROUGH 328, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA, MARKED ON THE PLOT PLAN FOR SAID CONDOMINIUM AS “RECREATION UNIT”
(B) AN UNDIVIDED 1/426TH INTEREST IN AND TO THE PROPERTY SHOWN ON EXHIBIT “A” ATTACHED TO THE ABOVE MENTIONED DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM DESIGNATED AND DESCRIBED AS “BEACH PROPERTY”
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM NO LATER THAN THE DATE THAT THE CLERK REPORTS THE FUNDS AS UNCLAIMED.
