NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Consent Uniform Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure (IN REM) dated October 31, 2019, entered in Civil Case No.: 12-009309-CI of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein U.S. BANK TRUST, N.A., AS TRUSTEE FOR LSF11 MASTER PARTICIPATION TRUST, Plaintiff, and ANN T. WAGNER A/K/A ANN THERESE WAGNER A/K/A ANN THERESE WERNET; LAVERNE ZANGHI; UNKNOWN TENANT #1 NKA SHARON JACKSON; UNKNOWN TENANT #2 NKA BOB BOUSCHER; ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER AND AGAINST THE NAMES INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS, are Defendants.
KEN BURKE, The Clerk of the Circuit Court, will sell to the highest bidder for cash, at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 AM, on the 2nd day of March, 2020, the following described real property as set forth in said Final Summary Judgment, to wit:
LOT 87, JOHN ALEX KELLY-BRUCE SUBN, AS PER PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 6, PAGE 29, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
If you are a person claiming a right to funds remaining after the sale, you must file a claim with the clerk before the clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed. If you fail to file a timely claim you will not be entitled to any remaining funds. After the funds are reported as unclaimed, only the owner of record as of the date of the Lis Pendens may claim the surplus.
