NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that, pursuant to the Summary Final Judgment in this cause, in the County Court of Pinellas County, Florida, I will sell all the property situated in Pinellas County, Florida described as:
Unit 103, BRITTANY'S PLACE, a Condominium, as set forth in the Declaration of Condominium and the Exhibits attached thereto and forming a part thereof, as recorded in Official Records Book 15244, Page 273, and all amendments thereto, of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida; including but not limited to all appurtenances of the condominium unit, including the undivided interest in the common elements of said condominium. With the following street address: 7298 Ulmerton Road, #103, Largo, Florida, 33771
at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 A.M. on December 6, 2019.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
