NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment, entered in Case No. 2016-004752-CI of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein WFG NATIONAL TITLE INSURANCE COMPANY is Plaintiff and HUGH W. ROBINSON A/K/A H. WARREN ROBINSON, JR. A/K/A HUGH W. WARREN, JR., is Defendant, I, Clerk of Court, Ken Burke, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in an online sale at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, beginning at 10 a.m, on December 4, 2019, the following described property set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
The South 20 feet of the North 370 feet of the West 315 feet and the East 115 feet of the South 140 feet of the North 510 feet of the West 315 feet of Block 32, Map of the Sutherland, according to the Plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 1, Page 1, of the public records of Hillsborough County, Florida, of which Pinellas County was formally a part.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
