NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated October 24, 2019, entered in Case No. 482018CA004236A001OX of the Circuit Court of the Ninth Judicial Circuit, in and for Orange County, Florida, wherein U.S. Bank National Association, as Trustee for Citigroup Mortgage Loan Trust Inc. Asset-Backed Pass-Through Certificates Series 2007-AMC2 is the Plaintiff and The unknown Heirs, Devisee, Grantees, Assignees, Lienors, Creditors, Trustees, and all other parties claiming an interest by, though, under or against the Estate of Amanda Bracero Pena a/k/a Amanda Pena a/k/a Amanda Brecero deceased; Rene Cintron; Elsie Lopez are the Defendants, that Tiffany Russell, Orange County Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.myorangeclerk. realforeclose.com, beginning at 11:00am on the 5th day of December, 2019, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 3, BLOCK B, STUART HOMES, ACCORDING TO MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK S, PAGE 140, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim before the clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed.
