NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated October 11, 2019, entered in Case No. 18001048CA of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit, in and for Charlotte County, Florida, wherein Fifth Third Mortgage Company is the Plaintiff and The Unknown Heirs, Devisees, Grantees, Assignees, Lienors, Creditors, Trustees, and all other parties claiming interest by, through, under or against the Estate of Dorothy F. Millikin a/k/a Dorothy Fitzgerald Millikin, Deceased; James Fitzgerald Millikin a/k/a James F. Millikin, as Co-Personal Representative of the Estate of Dorothy F. Millikin, deceased; Malinda Millikin King a/k/a Malinda M. King, as Co-Personal Representative of the Estate of Dorothy F. Millikin, deceased; Malinda Millikin King a/k/a Malinda M. King; Julie Millikin Kachic a/k/a Julie M. Kachic; James Fitzgerald Millikin a/k/a James F. Millikin; First Financial National Bank, N.A. d/b/a Financial Wealth Management, as Successor Trustee of the Dorothy F. Millikin Revocable Trust dated July 26, 1988; Unknown Beneficiaries of the Dorothy F. Millikin Revocable Trust dated July 26, 1988 are the Defendants, that I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.charlotte.realforeclose.com, beginning at 11:00 AM on the 2nd day of December, 2019, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 22, BLOCK 4611, PORT CHARLOTTE SUBDIVISION, SECTION 85, A SUBDIVISION ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 6, PAGES 60A THROUGH 60Q, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF CHARLOTTE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim before the clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed.
