NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a order dated August 29, 2019, entered in Case No. 18000807CA of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit, in and for Charlotte County, Florida, wherein Wells Fargo Bank, N.A. is the Plaintiff and The Unknown Heirs, Devisees, Grantees, Assignees, Lienors, Creditors, Trustees, and all other parties claiming interest by, through, under or against the Estate of Myrtha Cherilus, Deceased; Michael E. Cherilus, as Personal Representative of the Estate of Myrtha Cherilus, Deceased; Michael E Cherilus; Vanessa E. Cherilus; Francois Cherilus are the Defendants, that I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.charlotte.realforeclose.com, beginning at 11:00AM on the 6th day of December, 2019, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 2, BLOCK 3231, PORT CHARLOTTE SUBDIVISION, SECTION 51, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 5, PAGES 65A THROUGH 65H, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF CHARLOTTE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim before the clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed.
