NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to a Uniform Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated the 4th day of November, 2019 and entered in Civil Action Number: 2018-CA-5063 in the Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit, in and for Manatee County, Florida, wherein JOSEPH D. LAULETTA is the Plaintiff, and DOUG WALSH, JR. and ROSIE BEACH-WALSH, are the Defendants, Angelina Colonneso, Clerk of the above-entitled Court, will sell to the highest and best bidder, or bidders, for cash, on the 4th day of February, 2020, at 11:00 a.m., except as set forth herein, at www.manatee.realforeclose.com, the real and personal property described as follows as set forth in said Uniform Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure situated in Manatee County, Florida:
Lot 13, Second Addition to Manati Shores, according to the plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 13, Page 48, of the Public Records of Manatee County, Florida.
which has the address of 904 25th Avenue West, Palmetto, Florida 34221.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS, MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
