NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated October 10, 2019, and entered in Case No. 2016-CA-003914-AX of the Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit in and for Manatee County, Florida in which GSR Mortgage Loan Trust 2006-5F, Mortgage Pass-Through Certificates, Series 2006-5F, U.S. Bank National Association, as Trustee, is the Plaintiff and Jennifer M. Robb a/k/a Jennifer Robb, Kristen Robb a/k/a Kristen Glenn Robb, are defendants, the Manatee County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on online at online at www.manatee.realforeclose.com, Manatee County, Florida at 11:00AM on the December 10, 2019 the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
LOT 1, LAKEVIEW ESTATES, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 46, PAGE(S) 127 AND 128, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA, LESS THE SOUTH 1.00 FEET OF THE EASTERLY 320.0 FEET OF SAID LOT 1, OF LAKEVIEW ESTATES.
A/K/A 5837 33RD STREET EAST, BRADENTON, FL 34203
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim before the Clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed.
