NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated August 30, 2019, and entered in Case No. 53-2019-CA-000016 of the Circuit Court of the Tenth Judicial Circuit in and for Polk County, Florida in which BANK OF AMERICA, N.A. , is the Plaintiff and Brant Prine, Unknown Party #1 n/k/a Latonia Reed, Unknown Party #2 n/k/a Matthew Ivey, are defendants, the Polk County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on online at online at www.polk.realforeclose.com, Polk County, Florida at 10:00am EST on the December 3, 2019 the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
