YOU ARE HEREBY NOTIFIED that an action to quiet title to the following real property located in Polk County, Florida:
Lot 23, Block 805, POINCIANA NEIGHBORHOOD 2, VILLAGE 8, according to the plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 53, at Page 40, of the Public Records of Polk County, Florida.
has been filed against you, and you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, to it on: Michael W. Hennen, Esq., Hennen Law, PLLC, the Plaintiff's attorney, whose address is: 425 W.
