NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated August 2, 2019, and entered in Case No. 51-2017-CA-001836WS of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pasco County, Florida in which U.S. Bank National Association, as Indenture Trustee, for CIM Trust 2016-5, Mortgage-Backed Notes, Series 2016-5, is the Plaintiff and John A. Kostreles, Jr., Kathleen M. Rizzo, The Unknown Heirs, Devisees, Grantees, Assignees, Lienors, Creditors, Trustees, or other Claimants claiming by, through, under, or against, Michael Kostreles, deceased, Onemain Financial of America, Inc. fka American General Financial Services of America, Inc., Unknown Party #1 n/k/a Thomas Doe, are defendants, the Pasco County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on online at www.pasco.realforeclose.com, Pasco County, Florida at 11:00 am on the December 3, 2019 the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
LOT ONE HUNDRED THIRTY EIGHT (138), UNIT #3, SUNSHINE PARK SUBDIVISION; SAID LOT UNIT AND SUBDIVISION BEING NUMBERED AND DESIGNATED IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE PLAT OF SAID SUBDIVISION AT THE SAME APPEARS OF RECORD IN PLAT BOOK 11 AT PAGES 67 AND 68 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA.
TOGETHER WITH A MOBILE HOME LOCATED THEREON AS A PERMANENT FIXTURE AND APPURTENANCE THERETO, DESCRIBED AS A 1969 SINGLEWIDE MOBILE HOME BEARING TITLE NUMBER 3559834 AND VIN NUMBER F1020833G.
