YOU ARE NOTIFIED that an action to enforce and foreclose a Claim of Lien for condominium assessments and to foreclose any claims which are inferior to the right, title and interest of the Plaintiff, THE WILDS CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC., herein in the following described property:
Unit B, Building A-1-2, THE WILDS, a Condominium, according to the plat thereof, recorded in Plat Book 20, Pages 148-153, and being further described in that certain Declaration of Condominium, recorded in O.R. Book 1184, Page 1213, et seq., and Amendments thereto, as recorded in the Public Records of Pasco County, Florida. With the following street address: 6220 Elmhurst Drive, New Port Richey, Florida, 34653
has been filed against you and you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, on Joseph R. Cianfrone, Esquire, of Cianfrone, Nikoloff, Grant & Greenberg, P.A., whose address is 1964 Bayshore Blvd., Dunedin, FL, 34698, on or before DEC 16 2019, and file the original with the Clerk of this Court either before service on Plaintiff's attorney or immediately thereafter; otherwise a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint.
