Notice is hereby given that the Southwest Florida Water Management District has received a surface water permit application number 788670 from NSA Property Holdings, LLC. c/o Hide-Away Storage Services, Inc., at 1813 Manatee Ave. W. Bradenton, FL 34205. Application was received on September 19, 2019. Proposed activity, previously approved under the permit number 4420844.0 includes stormwater improvements which include a proposed dry pond, and an existing wet pond to be reshaped, and other associated stormwater conveyance infrastructure. The project's name is Zephyr Mini Storage Expansion and is located on approximately 9.18 acres of land, located at 37148 S.R. 54 Zephyrhills, FL 33541 in Section 15, Township 26 South, Range 21 East, in Pasco County. There are no outstanding Florida wetlands within the project limits. The application is available for public inspection Monday through Friday at the Southwest Florida Water Management District office located at 2379 Broad Street, Brooksville, Florida 34604-6899. Interested persons may inspect a copy of the application and submit written comments concerning the application number and be received within 14 days from the date of this notice. If you wish to be notified of agency action or an opportunity to request an administrative hearing regarding the application, you must send a written request referencing the permit application number to the Southwest Florida Water Management District, Regulation Performance Management Department, 2379 Broad Street, Brooksville, FL 34604-6899 or submit your request through the District's website at www.watermatters.org.
