INC., ALTERNATIVE LOAN TRUST 2007-18CB MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2007-18CB, is the Plaintiff and LAWRENCE B. SPRADLIN; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF SPRADLIN; THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON F/K/A THE BANK OF NEW YORK AS SUCCESSOR INDENTURE TRUSTEE TO JPMORGAN CHASE BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION FOR CWHEQ REVOLVING HOME EQUITY LOAN TRUST, SERIES 2007-D; SUNCOAST SCHOOLS FEDERAL CREDIT UNION; UNKNOWN TENANT # 1 AND UNKNOWN TENANT #2, are defendants. Paula S.
