NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that, pursuant to the Summary Final Judgment in this cause, in the County Court of Pasco County, Florida, I will sell all the property situated in Pasco County, Florida described as:
Lot 8, GOLF MEDITERRANEAN VILLAS, according to the map or plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 29 at Pages 84 and 85 of the Public Records of Pasco County, Florida. With the following street address: 7567 Mediterranean Court, Bayonet Point, FL 34667.
at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, at www.pasco. realforeclose.com, at 11:00 A.M. on January 2, 2020.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
