NOTICE OF SALE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the order of Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated November 6, 2019, and entered in Case No. 51-2012-CA-000915-CAAX-ES of the Circuit Court of the 6TH Judicial Circuit in and for Pasco County, Florida, wherein Bayview Loan Servicing, LLC, is Plaintiff and Eric J. Riley; Chapel Pines Homeowners Association, Inc.; Unknown Tenant #1 n/k/a Nicole West; Unknown Tenant #2 n/k/a William Macintire Jr.; George Weber As Trustee Under The 30526 Birdhouse Drive Land Trust; HOA Rescue Fund, LLC As Trustee Under The 30526 Birdhouse Drive Land Trust; Market Tampa LLC; West Florida Wholesale Properties LLC, are Defendants, the Office of the Clerk, Pasco County Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest bidder or bidders via online auction at www.pasco. realforeclose.com at 11:00 a.m. on the 12th day of December, 2019, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
