NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated October 30, 2019 entered in Civil Case No. 2019CA000994CAAXES of the Circuit Court of the 6TH Judicial Circuit in and for Pasco County, Florida, wherein BANK OF AMERICA, N.A. is Plaintiff and SCRIBNER, ADAM J, DALE A AND LORRAINE E, et al, are Defendants. The Clerk, NIKKI ALVAREZ - SOWLES, shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at Pasco County's On Line Public Auction website: www.pascorealforeclose.com, at 11:00 AM on December 09, 2019, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, the following described property located in PASCO County, Florida, as set forth in said Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure, to-wit:
THE EAST 65 FEET OF LOTS 3, 4 AND 5, BLOCK 17, CITY OF ZEPHYRHILLS, (FORMERLY TOWN OF ZEPHYRHILLS) AS PER PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 1, PAGE 54, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim before the clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed. The court, in its discretion, may enlarge the time of the sale. Notice of the changed time of sale shall be published as provided herein.
