NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to order rescheduling foreclosure sale or Final Judgment, entered in Civil Case No. 51-2018-004056-CA-ES of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pasco County, Florida, wherein SunTrust Bank, Plaintiff and Eileen L. Pelz are defendant(s), I, Clerk of Court, Nikki Alvarez-Sowles, Esq., will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash IN AN ONLINE SALE ACCESSED THROUGH THE CLERK'S WEBSITE AT WWW.PASCO.REALFORECLOSE.COM, AT 11:00 A.M. on December 11, 2019, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
LOT 419, OF SPANISH TRAILS VILLAGE, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 767, PAGE 445, AND ANY AMENDMENTS THERETO, AND ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 13, PAGES 59 AND 60, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST OR SHARE IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA.
A PERPETUAL AND NON-EXCLUSIVE EASEMENT IN COMMON WITH, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, ALL OTHER OWNERS OF UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE IMPROVEMENTS UPON THE LAND ABOVE DESCRIBED FOR INGRESS AND EGRESS AND USE OF ALL PUBLIC PASSAGEWAYS AS WELL AS COMMON AREAS AND FACILITIES UPON THE LAND ABOVE DESCRIBED.
TOGETHER WITH THAT CERTAIN MANUFACTURED HOME, YEAR: 1982, MAKE: TWIN TRAILER, VIN#: T23912171A AND VIN#: T23912171B. A PERPETUAL AND NON-EXCLUSIVE EASEMENT IN COMMON WITH. BUT NOT LIMITED T. ALL OTHER OWNERS OF UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE IMPROVEMENTS UPON THE LAND ABOVE DESCRIBED FOR INGRESS AND EGRESS AND USE OF ALL PUBLIC PASSAGEWAYS AS WELL AS COMMON AREAS AND FACILITIES UPON THE LAND ABOVE DESCRIBED.
