NOTICE OF SALE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the order of Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated September 11, 2019, and entered in Case No. 2018 CA 000617 NC of the Circuit Court of the 12TH Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein Wells Fargo Bank, National Association as Trustee for Option One Mortgage Loan Trust 2007-2, Asset-Backed Certificates, Series 2007-2, is Plaintiff and Carolyn Mason; Unknown Spouse of Carolyn Mason; Harvest Acres Condominium Association, Inc.; Unknown Tenant #1; Unknown Tenant #2, are Defendants, the Office of the Clerk, Sarasota County Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest bidder or bidders via online auction at www. sarasota.realforeclose.com at 9:00 a.m. on the 13th day of January, 2020, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
CONDOMINIUM UNIT NO 17, HARVEST ACRES, A LAND CONDOMINIUM ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS INSTRUMENT NUMBER 2005192730, AS AMENDED, AND ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM BOOK 38, PAGES 12 THROUGH 12C, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Property Address: 2208 Sophie Springer Ln unit 17, Sarasota, Florida 34234
and all fixtures and personal property located therein or thereon, which are included as security in Plaintiff's mortgage.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim before the clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed.
