NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale dated November 6, 2019, and entered in Case No. 36-2018-CA-002540 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida in which The Bank of New York Mellon FKA The Bank of New York, as Trustee for the certificateholders of the CWABS, Inc., Asset-Backed Certificates, Series 2006-13, is the Plaintiff and Kimberly Egloff, Unknown Party #1 N/K/A Travis Kolb, Cavalry SPV I, LLC, as assignee for Synchrony Bank/HH Gregg, are defendants, the Lee County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on www.lee.realforeclose.com in accordance with chapter 45 Florida Statutes, Lee County, Florida at 9:00am on the 23 day of December, 2019, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
